Pietermaritzburg Girls’ High to host Basketball Tournament

Pietermaritzburg Girls’ High School is gearing up to host the annual basketball tournament in August. The tournament was named after GHS former principal and founder of the tournament, Valerie Fowler after she retired as coach of the first basketball team. Pietermaritzburg Girls’ High School’s Funk cast had an amazing time performing their 2017 piece entitled ‘And They Have Escaped the Weight of Darkness’. BADMINTON Reece Wannenburg played the U17 KZN Open Badminton on 26 / 27 May.  Opposition included participants from other provinces including the number 1 SA cede.  He played in the mixed doubles, singles and boys doubles.
