The Lord bless you and keep you; The Lord make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you. – Numbers 6:24-25
My siblings and I were not perfect kids. But my parents never focused on our weakneses or on the problems.
They always focused on the the solutions. They constantly told us we were the best kids in the world. And we grew up secure, knowing not only that our parents love each other, but they also loved us and believed the best in us. They were going to stand behind us through thick and thin.
If you want to bless your children, start declaring God’s goodness in their lives. Start boldly declaring, “God’s face is smiling toward you, and He longs to be good to you. I declare that you are blessed with with an obedient heart, with success, with supernatural wisdom, and you have clear direction for your life.”
